1. The cost of the 11-day tour is £1,490 sterling per person. We require that a 10% deposit (£149) be paid once a booking is made in writing (Contact Us).
2. We require that the balance be paid in full at least two weeks before departure.
3. Any cancellation needs to be made in writing. Cancellations made in the following periods before departure will incur the corresponding charges:
42-28 days -- deposit
27-16 days -- 50 % of the balance
15-8 days -- 75 % of the balance
Less than 7 days -- 100%
However, a FULL refund will be made if you cancel your booking as a result of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, which make travel from your country or entry into Georgia impossible. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour if the aforementioned circumstances prevail in which case a full refund will likewise be paid.
4. It is your responsibility to arrange the flight to and from Georgia. We can recommend some flight options from the UK upon request.
5. It is your responsibility to take out appropriate travel insurance for the duration of your trip.
6. It is your responsibility to arrange any visa if this is necessary. Please note that UK, US and EU citizens do not require a visa for entering Georgia, just a valid passport.
7. It is your responsibility to be aware of any recommended vaccinations and health precautions pertaining to Georgia. If you have any concerns regarding the latter, we can offer advice on request.
